Senior Wealth Advisor - Singapore
Job Description:
Syfe is APAC's largest and fastest-growing digital wealth platform, trusted with over US$10 billion in assets. We are fundamentally changing how hundreds of thousands of people across Asia-Pacific build wealth through a holistic approach to managing money rather than just pushing investment products. Backed by world-class investors and recognised as a leader in WealthTech, we are a team of passionate builders creating the future of wealth management.
The Right Profile
We are scaling up our team to serve a new generation of high-net-worth investors who value expertise, transparency, and digital-first convenience. We are looking for a driven and experienced Senior Wealth Advisor to focus on acquiring and growing relationships across the affluent and HNW segments - including professionals, business owners, and accredited investors.
This is a front-line role where you will be responsible for driving AUM growth, acquiring new clients, and delivering personalised advisory backed by Syfe's institutional-grade investment platform and proprietary portfolios. If you're passionate about the markets, confident in engaging sophisticated clients, and excited by the opportunity to help shape the future of wealth in Asia, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and grow a personal pipeline of affluent and accredited clients through referrals, partnerships, and business development activities.
- Drive new client acquisition and AUM growth by delivering Syfe's investment proposition clearly and credibly.
- Deliver curated investment advice and portfolio recommendations using a mix of Syfe's model portfolios, thematic strategies, and customised solutions.
- Serve as the client's primary point of contact for all advisory and investment-related matters.
- Work closely with the investment, product, and marketing teams to refine targeting, campaigns, and onboarding journeys.
- Develop financial proposals, portfolio diagnostics, and implementation plans in line with client goals.
- Stay up to date with market trends, portfolio strategy developments, and regulatory changes.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a wealth management, sales, or investment advisory role covering affluent and/or HNW clients.
- Proven track record in client acquisition and growing wallet share through consultative advisory.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire confidence and trust among sophisticated investors.
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with digital advisory tools and a strong interest in fintech or start-ups is a plus.
- MAS-licensed or eligible under the Financial Advisers Act.
